Stylized Liminal Corridor Kit - Modular Building + 16 Props
A downloadable asset pack
Stylized Liminal Corridor Kit
Build empty schools, offices, service corridors and liminal interiors with 22 modular building pieces plus 16 game-ready utility props.
Real-world scale, production pivots, 4K PBR props, three LOD levels, optimized convex collision, Blender masters, GLB/glTF/FBX delivery, plus Godot and Unreal-ready helper files.
38 Assets Total
22 modular pieces
- walls, door and window modules
- floors, ceilings and ceiling light slot
- trims and columns
- stairs, landing and railing
- elevator frame, doors, call panel and indicator
16 utility props
- cast-iron radiator, pigeonhole mailbox, electrical panel
- recycling station, caution sign, brochure rack

- folding banquet table, folded chairs, room divider
- washbasin, janitor tool rack, floor polisher, artificial ficus
Works with the other two packs
The corridor grid was taken out of Stylized School Props and Stylized Office Props by measurement, not by guess - the 3 m ceiling comes from the phone booth, the 2 m wall module from the whiteboard, the 3 m corridor width from a locker depth plus a bench. Props from those two packs drop into this corridor at the right scale with nothing rescaled. They are sold separately, and nothing in them is duplicated here.
Everything in the screenshots is from this pack. The 16 props are shown both dressed into the corridor and on their own contact sheet.
Three LOD Levels
- LOD0: 222,910 triangles across all 16 props
- LOD1: 111,448 triangles
- LOD2: 55,720 triangles
LOD0 is supplied as standalone PBR GLB + FBX. LOD1 and LOD2 are supplied as compact glTF + BIN + FBX and share the external 4K PBR textures instead of embedding duplicate texture copies in every LOD.
4K PBR Materials
Each prop includes three external 4096 x 4096 maps:
- Base Color
- packed Metallic / Roughness
- Normal
LOD0 GLB files also carry their PBR material data for drag-and-drop use. The modular kit includes four tiling material sets for wall, floor, ceiling and painted metal.
Real-World Scale & Useful Pivots
- Units are metres.
- Floor props use a bottom-centre pivot.
- Wall props use a geometric-centre pivot.
- Modular pieces follow a 2 m grid with a 1 m filler and 3 m ceiling.
Optimized Collision
- Modular kit: 44 convex pieces / 528 triangles
- Props: 140 convex pieces / 2,926 triangles
- Combined: 184 convex pieces / 3,454 triangles
Door, window, railing and ceiling-light openings remain open instead of being sealed by oversized collision hulls. Prop collision is release-gated to a maximum of 32 pieces per asset with a 2 cm surface coverage limit.

Quality — Checked, Not Assumed
The 16 props pass the Pack 4 release gate with zero blockers, including finite geometry, zero degenerate triangles, UV/PBR presence, valid 4K texture decode, real-world scale, pivot placement, LOD ratios, convex/watertight collision, collision complexity and coverage checks.
The 22 modular pieces pass positional topology QA with no open, non-manifold or degenerate edges after positional welding. Their collision set also passes closed / convex / opening checks.
Prop Topology - Please Read
The 16 props are triangulated meshes built from generated geometry and then retopologised. They are not watertight manifolds: a prop is a set of overlapping part shells, which renders and collides correctly, but it means boolean operations and automatic UV re-unwrapping may misbehave. Measured surface area outside the largest connected component is 0 to 7.9% on 15 of the 16 props.
The exception is the potted ficus. The retopology step rejected it because of its stacked leaf clusters, so it ships as the generated shell set and measures 93.3%. It renders correctly and its collision is unaffected, but it is a poor candidate for booleans or re-unwrapping.
This pack does not claim quad topology. Each prop is still a single mesh object with one material and one UV layer. The 22 modular pieces are procedurally authored and do pass the manifold checks described above.
Engine Notes
GLB, glTF and FBX are the directly validated interchange formats. Godot .tscn helpers are statically validated for references and collision shape counts. Unreal-ready FBX files are structurally re-imported in Blender with the expected render mesh + UCX objects. Godot and Unreal Editor are not installed on the build machine, so no editor-import claim is made. No Unity package is included.
AI Disclosure
The 22 modular building pieces were procedurally authored with Blender / Python. The 16 props used Tencent Hunyuan 3D for AI-assisted base geometry and PBR generation, followed by scripted Blender cleanup, scale and pivot normalization, LOD/collision generation, export and automated QA.
